Coronavirus & COVID-19 Customer Announcement at 7th May 2020
At Budget we believe in safety first; the wellbeing of our customers, the community and everyone connected with the business is of paramount importance to us. We have been following government guidelines and some of our team have remained operational but working from home to try and keep some momentum. Whilst these tragic circumstances have unfolded, we’ve been exploring ways to engage with our customers safely, both now and as the lock-down laws are gradually relaxed. Here’s some of the options available to you right now, so why not make good use of this time to do some homework for your project?
Telephone & Video Conference Consultation (Remote Consultation)
We remain completely accessible should you wish to contact our Sales Team to discuss a forthcoming project. There is so much that can be achieved by way of a telephone conversation and we now have video conferencing facilities should this be of interest.

Showroom Visits
The government guidelines are very clear in respect of retail activity, although more relaxed than our approach. We can welcome you to our Flagship Showroom in St.Albans but by appointment only, one customer at a time and subject to some very strict pre-checks and safety measures to ensure the safety of all concerned.
- Showroom Conditions: Our Showroom has had a pre-clean with a fogging disinfectant that’s bonds to surfaces creating a protective layer, effectively killing viruses.
- Symptoms: If you or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19 or are self-isolating, you are not permitted to visit.
- Hygiene: You will be required to wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap and water for a minimum of 20 second in our facility on arrival and departure. Alternatively, you may use our hand sanitizers.
- Social Distancing: There must be a minimum of 2m between you and the next person at all times during your visit.
- PPE: We do not currently offer PPE for use on arrival but we strongly you bring and use good quality face mask and disposable latex gloves during your visit which you must take with you on departure.
- Visitors: 2 visitors from the same household at one time.

Existing Customers
We are doing everything we can within the constraints of the government advice to meet your requirements. We are reliant on our manufacturers commencing production again; some are operating on a skeleton staff with limited product availability as material stocks have dwindled. However, the situation is changing daily and as soon as we are in a position to confirm delivery slots and installation dates we will do so. We appreciate many of you are keen to get going again and we thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we navigate these uncharted waters.

As much as we’re all desperate to get going again, we must stay the course and continue our united front to defeat this virus by following the government guidelines and doing the right thing. We genuinely hope you, your family and friends remain well and we hope to hear from you in the near future.
